Anthony Moore has been training dogs for over 10 years. He began working in various veterinary clinics at the age of 13, which sparked his love for dogs and training them. Anthony has spent years researching and studying each dog breed, their purpose, function, and character traits to gain a better understanding and develop a more effective training method for each individual dog. Anthony started training to better enhance the relationships between owners and their dogs and to train both the owner and dog in an exciting and creative way. “The payoff for me is being able to see a frustrated owner and a dog that doesn’t understand turn into a happy owner and happy dog.” At A+ K9 Training, we are not interested in turning your dog into a robot that blindly and cold heartedly takes commands. Instead, we focus on making training fun and exciting for everyone involved!

Our Services

Basics 101 Course - $700.00
(3 month Payment Plan available)

This is a FOUR week course where both you and your canine friend will learn to build a solid foundation. This course also includes an E-Collar as well as a 15ft leash. Upon completion of the course you will have gained trust in your dogs ability to be surrounded by distractions and still listening to you all the while. The E-Collar that we use does NOT use shock at all, it simply has vibration and stimulation and is not painful. It is a great tool to help you better communicate with your dog and we will teach you how to best use it as well.

In the Basics 101 course you and your dog will learn:

Down
Place
Heel
Off (No Jumping)

Basic & Advanced 201 Course - $900.00
(3 month Payment Plan available)

The 201 Course also includes a E-Collar and 20ft leash. This is an 8 week course where both you and your dog are able to dive further into training. In order for your dog to learn the Advanced Commands they must first finish the Basics 101 course. There are various Advanced commands to be taught, such as Down in Motion (where you can walk with your dog and signal to them to lay down as you continue to walk away), Come to Heel (while you are away from your dog you signal for them to wrap around you and sit on your left side) just to name a couple. Because there are many to choose from, we like to discuss what works best for both you and your dog, what will be most beneficial and practical for your life.

2 Week Stay & Train - $2500.00
(4 month payment plan available)

This is where your dog stays with the trainer for 2 weeks and learns both Basic & Advanced commands and will also be around distractions with NO LEASH while still listening and obeying. When you come to pick up your dog we will at that time train you on how to successfully communicate with your dog so that you get the best results. Aggression / Modified Behavior Course - $900.00

This course is designed for dogs that are reactive to various environments, situations or things such as other dogs or people. This course runs for 8 weeks and includes the E-Collar and 20ft leash as well. During this course your dog will learn to follow commands while at the same time being exposed to different and challenging distractions in order to get the best out of both you and your dog, and help build confidence along the way!
